Worried about starting medication?

With over a decade of experience in psychiatry, I provide thoughtful medication management using the lowest effective doses, with close monitoring to support symptom relief, long-term well-being, and—when appropriate—minimizing or avoiding lifelong medication use.

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Mental Health Care

I believe mental health care should be personal, respectful, and rooted in trust. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan, with a focus on truly understanding each patient’s unique story, needs, and goals.

My approach combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion—meeting patients where they are and partnering with them on a path toward stability, clarity, and improved quality of life.

You are more than your feelings

I practice psychiatry using a whole-person, integrative approach that addresses mental health within the broader context of lifestyle and health.

I take a comprehensive approach to care that integrates therapy, medication management, laboratory evaluation, and review of underlying medical conditions. With my background across primary care, psychiatry, and pulmonary/critical care, I carefully assess the medical and psychological factors that influence mental well-being.
